It’s the year 2015. Shriyansh was graduating from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. One day while running he saw that Ramesh was wearing old torn shoes after refurbishing them. Sriyansh liked this idea, as athlete’s shoes are expensive and often wear out in a short amount of time. As such, they have to be changed frequently. Money will be saved if these shoes are made wearable again.
With this thinking, Shriyansh and Ramesh started working on this idea.
He made some samples from old shoes and participated in an exhibition in Ahmedabad. Luck was good and his sample was also selected. After this Shriyansh and Ramesh felt that this work should be taken forward. He contacted a small shoe manufacturing unit located in Thakkar Bappa Colony in Mumbai. Tell them your demand and get some prototypes ready. After this, he won two more competitions and earned about Rs 5 lakh.

Later on, we started attending exhibitions as well. We got good response here too. After that we started marketing it through online and offline platforms.
They say that our concept was a bit different, so even big companies liked our idea. We started making shoes for them according to their demand. In this way our caravan continued to grow. Gradually the corporate clientele started increasing. At present, we have more than 65 such corporate customers associated with us. Sriyansh says that till now we have recycled more than 4 lakh old and worn shoes. Year by year our figure is increasing. However, due to Corona, our speed has slowed down. People are not able to deliver many shoes at the collection center. Hopefully now the range will increase again. Regarding funding, Sriyansh says that we got a good response from the beginning, so money was never a problem. Many big companies also give us sponsorship, it gives a lot of support.
